Our cultivation philosophy : Life brings life

After 15 years working alongside our father, and implementing numerous changes in our production methods to enhance the value of our terroirs, we are now ready to share the results of our efforts with you. Our commitment to viticulture that respects our terroirs is reflected in organic farming, the use of plant-based preparations, eco-grazing and the preservation of biodiversity. In the winery, each parcel is isolated to create authentic cuvées.

Last spring, the team came to meet them to illustrate the many benefits they bring to our vines: reducing grass fertilization and soil aeration. These little ecological ecological assistants are an integral part of our certified certified organic viticulture.

Vitipastoralism

France 3 Champagne-Ardenne came to our estate to report on Vitipastoralism.

This practice, which we have been using on the vineyard for two years, has numerous benefits. The idea is to let sheep graze in the vineyards for six months of the year. Both ecological and practical, the sheep provide natural organic fertilizer to nourish and revitalize the soil while bringing biodiversity back to our plots.

It’s truly a pleasure to care for them!
