I am a Champagne ratafia, made from a specific parcel, aged in oak barrels following the perpetual reserve method. My alcohol is distilled in the village's old still and blended with the juice of Meunier grapes from "La Fortelle." My composition blends harmony, sweetness, and depth.

The estate is now officially certified Organic Farming!
The champagnes will be organic starting with the next harvest.
Since 2015, we have gradually eliminated synthetic products. In 2017, our commitment was further strengthened with the use of entirely natural plant-based products and mechanical soil maintenance 🌿🐑.
