Sheep in the Vines
Since January, sheep have made their appearance in our vineyards. Indeed, to further our commitment to biodiversity, we have decided to become shepherds by letting the sheep maintain the grass throughout the winter. We chose the Ouessant breed of sheep for their small size, making them the smallest in the world and more comfortable in the vineyard rows, as well as for their hardiness, making them independent, very resistant to cold and diseases. There are 9 of them, and we are already expecting 4 lambs in the spring.
